  • Once you place your order, our tech wizards get to work on your device, prepping it for its exciting journey. This process takes 4 business days to ensure everything is perfect.
  • During this time, you’ll receive an order confirmation email, followed by another email when your item ships.

Delivery Time:

  • Your delivery journey begins after those 4 days of processing magic. Now, the speed depends on our trusty partners – the couriers and Indian Post.
  • While we can’t give you an exact ETA, we can offer some estimated timeframes based on your location:
    • Metros: Expect your tech treasure within 3-5 business days after processing.
    • Smaller cities and towns: Your package might take a little longer, reaching you in 5-7 business days after processing.
    • Remote areas: Please allow 7-10 business days for your tech friend to arrive.

Delivery Options:

  • We offer different delivery options depending on your need for speed:
    • Standard Delivery: Our most affordable option, perfect for those who can wait a bit.
    • Express Delivery: If you need your tech fix pronto, this option prioritizes your package for faster delivery (available in select cities).

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs vary based on your location and chosen delivery option. You’ll see the exact cost during checkout before you confirm your order.

Tracking your Order:

  • Once your package hits the road, we’ll send you a tracking number in a separate email. You can use this number to follow your tech companion’s journey to your doorstep.

Things to Remember:

  • Delivery timelines are estimations and may be affected by factors beyond our control, like weather conditions or holiday seasons.
  • We strive to pack your order securely, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
